IHG Future Leaders Programme

IHG Future Leader Programme is an accelerated development program to build a strong pipeline of Department Heads. It is a 2-year Programme designed to provide development opportunities for internal colleagues and external candidates.

The Programme is divided into 4 phases and allows you to understand all departments and deep dive and experience the role of a department head. You are assigned dedicated Coach and Mentors who support you during the programme. You also get a chance to be part of a wider network of Future Leaders in Asia Middle East & Africa region.

IHG Academy- Providing Skills to Communities

In pursuit of running a responsible business, we ensure to empower the communities we operate in by running multiple skill development programmes in collaboration with Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) Skills.

Currently, we have two exclusive skill centers in India- at New Delhi and Kalimpong, which runs fully and partially sponsored skill development programmes to train and give opportunities to the local people to help them grow in their careers in hospitality.
